How long does it take for my products to arrive? 

It takes approximately 7 working days for your items to arrive at your doorstep. But they usually arrive earlier if we are not having any major promotions, so fret not & order away! 
 

Why does it take so long? 

It's actually not that long, considering that we are bringing you the REAL-FACTORY DIRECT PRICES ^.^ Our Modus Operandi involves moving your items while they are consolidated with the goods or some other vendors in Singapore. They shipped directly from our humble little leased warehouse space in a Free-Trade-Zone. This requires time as we need to properly clear the items for entry into Singapore.
 

Can I Request to Expedite My Shipping? 

There is currently no express shipping methods available due to the lack of options and sky-high prices. Do contact us for a quote for shipping/delivery if items are required urgently.
 

Are there any requirements for Free-delivery?

No, there isn’t and will not be any. All our bathroom accessories are competitively priced to ensure quality & cost-savings. Even if you purchased a single piece of item, we will be glad to absorb all shipping costs have them delivered to your doorstep! 


How long is the lead time for installation?

We will arrange for the installation within 2 working days once you’ve placed your order with us <Please contact us to let us know if you need installation>.
Once your orders have arrived safely to you, please un-box & check the condition of the items before you install or request for us to install.
The items, once installed, will not be eligible for any refunds/returns/exchanges.
We also want to highlight that exchanges or refunds or possible if the damage is detected within 3 days of receiving the items. If it is only un-boxed months later, we're afraid that we will not be able to process any refunds/returns/exchanges


Installation Matters

Installation is not included in all selling prices, thus, we appreciate if you do not assume so. Installation prices are listed on each item and with ranges because the scope of work required may be different for each customer. Please contact us if you need any assistance.


Can I add on/change the items in the package?

Yes, of course, you may. We are here to help you select the ones you really like since they’ll be fixed at your nest for a long time. But, do note that you may be required to top-up the additional differences in cost for the packages. Just contact us via WhatsApp/Facebook messenger or Email!
 
 

Do you have a warranty on your products?

Yes, there is! There is a 6 months warranty on all of our products. However, do note that they do not cover aesthetic damages & any of freebies that may have been provided to you. If you detect a blatant defect, get in touch with us and we will arrange necessary for you the soonest.
Please check all items upon receiving and let us know if there are any issues. We will not entertain requests for exchanges/returns/refunds after item has been installed. 

 

Is there anywhere I may view your products in person?

Unfortunately, In order to keep prices low, we have no intentions of opening up a storefront which will incur costs of up to ~ $6,000 a month. These are costs that retailers pass on to consumers like you. They are not truly factory-direct prices if you think about it.
 

But, I really like your products & would like to view them.

Our Modus Operandi, is to provide the most cost-effective solution to your home/business decorative and utility needs. If you are really interested, go ahead & view them in the other stores, get a quote and come to us, we'll be more than glad to match & go lower where we can do so. 
It will not be possible to physically view our items. However, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us. Just let us know which of the products that you may be interested in and we'd gladly try to provide additional actual photos from previous installations to you.
